A Must-Visit Café in Korea: Antique Coffee Jamsil Near Seokchon Station

Korea’s Hidden Gem: Antique Coffee Jamsil,
A Must-Visit Café for Brunch and Desserts

This is the most beautiful mansion-style café among the places
I've visited in Songridan-gil. ❤️
It’s an atmosphere and vibe as if you’ve been invited to a French aristocratic party.

🕖 Opening Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Antique Coffee has an atmosphere that feels straight out of a French aristocratic party, reminiscent of Marie Antoinette or Bridgerton.

It’s located near Seokchon Lake, making it a great spot to visit after taking a stroll around the lake.

They have outdoor seating, so there are quite a few seats available, but due to its popularity, you might have to wait.

They have outdoor seating, so there are plenty of tables, but it’s so popular that you might have to wait.

The interior of the café is clean and beautifully decorated with the style of a mansion you'd expect to see in a movie.

I expected the drink selection to be limited since they focus more on desserts, but their drink menu is actually quite diverse.

They even have signature coffee options! From developing cake menus to crafting coffee varieties, Antique Coffee really shows its dedication.

When visiting the café, please note that you need to order one drink per person, excluding the bakery items.

Antique Coffee is already famous as a cake paradise. As soon as you step into the café on the first floor, you’ll be amazed by the cakes on display.

With its extravagant cakes and decorations, it's impossible not to take photos.

The varieties are all different, and there were more than 15 types!

Since it’s strawberry season, there were quite a few strawberry-based baked goods. 🍓

They’ve made a variety of treats using strawberries, including tarts, basque cheesecake, and chiffon cakes.

If you visit Korea from January to April, you can enjoy delicious strawberries.

If you’re in Korea, make sure to try some strawberries!

When the cakes were brought to the table, each one had a tag, but they were so big that they were wobbling!

Rather than risk them tipping over, I decided to just pick them up with my hands and transfer them to the plate.

Since they were wrapped in plastic on the outside, it was totally fine to handle them with my hands. 😄

The cakes are also available for takeaway! 😁

The cake’s visual is so beautiful that it would make a perfect gift, and I’m sure the recipient would love it!

🍰 Strawberry Tart 🍰

With March here, I had to try a strawberry dessert, so I immediately chose this tart.

Unlike other tarts, this one is easy to eat with a fork without needing to slice it with a knife.

At the bottom, there was strawberry jam and filling, and it paired perfectly with the whipped cream on top.

This tart is one that you can't stop eating once you start.

The desserts at Antique Coffee are amazing, both in terms of visual appeal and taste. ❤️

Antique Coffee in Jamsil, Songridan-gil is a hot spot you’ll want to visit again and again.

It’s a café full of delightful imaginations, as if you've been invited to a French aristocratic party!
